How EPR Compliance Works

EPR Registration

Producers and importers register under the EPR Regulations.

PRO Subscription

Registered producers subscribe to one of the four approved PROs (PAKPRO, KEPRO, HAPROK, or EPROK) for compliance support.

PRO Clearance

The PRO validates compliance and submits a cleared list. Approved producers are published here for 90 days.

Renewal Every 90 Days

Clearance expires after 90 days. The PRO must re-submit compliance clearance to keep the producer listed on this portal.
